Our client, a highly successful and privately owned specialist glazing company, is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to join its senior leadership team at a pivotal stage of growth. With an established reputation in the manufacture and supply of accredited windows, doors, and specialist glazing systems, the business operates across both the social housing refurbishment sector and the new build construction industry. The company currently turns over 16 million and is forecasting 25% growth next year, creating a significant opportunity for a commercially focused FD to help shape the next phase of expansion.

This is far more than a traditional finance role. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who can operate as a true business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, helping drive performance, scalability, profitability, and long-term value creation.

The Opportunity
