As demand for sustainable and effective flood solutions grows, we're expanding our project delivery team. We are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Site Manager to oversee the execution of multiple small-scale construction sites across the South East As the Contracts Manager you will be a driven and organised professional ideally with a background in windows and doors, double glazing or commercial glazing looking to take the next step in their career. With clear opportunities for progression, this position for a contracts manager or site manager offers a chance to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company making a tangible impact in a rapidly growing sector. Key Responsibilities: * The contracts manager will manage a select number of windows, and doors installation projects, coupled with flood defence from start to finish * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery * Lead site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. * Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements * Provide hands-on leadership, occasionally working on-site where required * Travel to site locations across the South East and South, which will include occassional nights away.
