Key Responsibilities
- Business development strategy — Grow market share across social housing providers, local authorities, housing associations and new‑build developers
- Client relationship management — Build strong relationships with procurement teams, asset managers, contractors and installation partners
- Framework and tender engagement — Identify, influence and secure positions on key frameworks and long‑term agreements
- Project pipeline growth — Develop and manage a robust pipeline of refurbishment and new‑build opportunities
- Cross functional-collaboration — Work closely with estimating, technical and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals and excellent service
- Market Intelligence — Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and sector developments to inform strategy
About You
- Social housing experience — Strong understanding of social housing procurement routes, frameworks and compliance
- Construction or fenestration background — Experience in windows, doors, glazing or wider building products
- New‑build exposure — Knowledge of developer and main‑contractor supply chains (desirable)
- Commercial acumen — Ability to influence decision‑makers and negotiate effectively
- Self‑driven mindset — Confident working autonomously while contributing to wider business goals
- Strong communication skills — Comfortable presenting, pitching and building trust at all levels
