Our Client : A leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality windows, doors, and fenestration solutions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth within the new build residential sector. If you have a proven track record of selling into developers, house builders, and major contractors, this is a chance to join a business with strong brand recognition and serious growth plans. The Role: * The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new‑build contractors. * Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award. * The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery. * Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and client presentations. * Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to long‑term strategic growth.
