The Role:

  • The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new‑build contractors.
  • Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award.
  • The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
