The Role
We’re seeking a meticulous and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement across a range of specialist projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts.
- As the Quantity Surveyor you will monitor project progress and control costs throughout the life-cycle.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.

What We’re Looking For
