Job Description Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive the revenue of the Studio creating business opportunities, corporate relationships and hitting income targets.
  • Design and promote activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue.
  • Carry out responsibilities regarding Ten’s policies and procedures.
  • Undertake all duties and interactions with employees, partner providers, and customers fairly.
  • Provide fast, courteous, and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
  • Manage the development of a full range of activities and classes at the Studio, including conducting classes when necessary to support revenue and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including managing staff rotas.
  • Oversee all front of house team functions and reporting.
  • Keep stock records.
  • Prepare and check budgets and generate income.
  • Oversee all required reporting for the Studio (i.e. payroll, end of month reporting, monitoring class numbers, overseeing the class timetable).
  • Ensure all health and safety duties are carried out in accordance with the procedures in place at the studio.
  • Prepare facilities for use to meet Ten Health & Fitness’s service standards.

Person Specification Experience Essential:

  • Qualifications equating to REP’s level 3.
  • Insightful – able to analyse behaviours.
  • Team/studio management – minimum 1 year.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Flexible / Ability to adapt.
  • Lead by example.
  • Own their studio; Accountability/Professional.
  • Well-presented and well-spoken, Friendly and helpful.
