The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Internal Recruiter to join our HR team on a 4-month fixed-term contract.
This is a new role – and a vital one. Recruitment at Ten is fast-paced and high volume, but right now, it’s stretching our team beyond capacity. We need someone to bring structure, focus and pace to our hiring efforts so we can continue to attract brilliant people and give them a great candidate experience.
You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment – leading roles end-to-end across the business, from studio teams to head office. You’ll also work closely with our Head of HR to identify opportunities for improvement and help us build the foundations for a more efficient, scalable hiring function for the future.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the business – from briefing to onboarding
Managing our ATS (PeopleHR) and keeping everything centralised and compliant
Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and coach on best practice
Creating structured processes to improve speed, consistency and experience across all hires
Writing engaging job ads and supporting employer brand development
Actively sourcing and pipelining for key roles (where required)
Ensuring a brilliant candidate experience from first contact to offer
Partnering with the Head of HR on developing a scalable, long-term recruitment strategy
Helping to embed better recruitment habits across the business
Person Specification
Must-Haves:
Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within health, wellness, hospitality or similar
Comfortable managing multiple roles at pace, across varied departments
Strong knowledge of compliance and hiring best practice in the UK
Experience using ATS/recruitment systems (we use PeopleHR)
Solutions-focused with plenty of initiative – you enjoy untangling messy processes
Strong communicator with confidence to guide and influence stakeholders
Flexible and resilient – you’re happy rolling your sleeves up when needed
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in scale-up or multi-site businesses
Exposure to employer brand or EVP development
Familiarity with project-based recruitment or temporary hiring
