As a Ten Trainer you help our clients reach their goals by delivering highly expert Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, and Personal Training 1:1s (either gym-based or reformer-based).
Salary: £26,000 - 30,000/year (DOE) + performance-based commission
Location: Ten Health & Fitness King's Cross, Notting Hill Gate or Hatton Garden studios. 100% studio-based
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, mix of early and late shifts
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Plan and deliver group Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes at beginners, intermediate and advanced level (approximately 70% of your schedule)
- Plan and deliver Personal Training sessions and initial assessments that are safe and goal oriented.
- Build your case load via networking and building relationships with our clients in studio
- Maintain a safe and hygienic studio environment by maintaining and cleaning equipment and re-stocking required items
- Contribute to collaborative studio environment, assisting Studio Manager and FOH team when available and participating in team meetings
- Be an active participant in our Circle of Care - working within our multi-disciplinary team of Trainers, Clinical Exercise Specialists, Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists, getting to know their services and specialisms and cross-referring clients

- Essential skills and experience
- People driven - our Trainers are excited to spend 7 hours/day working with clients face to face
- Good relationship building skills, able to build a client base

- Experience teaching group exercise or dance classes
Knowledge
- An interest in, or passion for, Pilates is essential
- Pilates certification is a plus
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification is a plus
