As a Physiotherapist, you will contribute to our clinic's commitment to quality care by providing exceptional, client-focused treatment. Primary duties and responsibilities
- Client Assessment & Treatment: Conduct detailed musculoskeletal assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate clients on their recovery journey, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Client Care & Growth: Provide high-quality client care and work proactively to help grow the clinic’s reputation through positive client outcomes. Aim to support referrals to allied services, contributing to a comprehensive, client-centered care approach.
- Circle of Care Advocate: Apply the circle of care model to ensure clients receive holistic, integrated treatment plans. Collaborate with pelvic health physiotherapists, clinical exercise practitioners, and other allied professionals to enhance client outcomes.
- Documentation & Quality Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records for all clients, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation in line with HCPC standards.
- Medical Liaison Support: Collaborate with healthcare providers such as doctors and surgeons to discuss client progress and incorporate feedback into treatment plans to foster a coordinated approach to care.
