Our studios bring together Reformer Pilates, Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, and Massage in one place. We work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other so our clients receive truly personalised care.

About the Role

We are looking for a Pelvic Health Specialist Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, evidence-based pelvic health service, supporting a varied caseload across obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while working closely with our wider team of physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, clinical exercise practitioners, and massage therapists. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who is passionate about pelvic health, enjoys working collaboratively, and is looking to further develop their expertise in a supportive and high-quality clinical environment.

Your Responsibilities

Undertake internal examinations where clinically appropriate. Develop clear, individualised treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice. Deliver hands-on treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each client. Provide education on recovery, prevention, and long-term pelvic health. Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Client care and Circle of Care: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients. Work closely with the wider Ten team to provide integrated care. Refer clients appropriately across Physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates, Clinical Exercise, and Massage. Deliver a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and support in every interaction. Support long-term client outcomes and retention.
  • Medical liaison and communication: Build and maintain relationships with consultants and healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with GPs, consultants, and specialists. Provide clear clinical reports and updates where required. Support coordinated care for clients with complex conditions.
  • Documentation and compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with HCPC standards. Ensure timely and consistent documentation. Follow all clinical governance, data protection, and health and safety policies. Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards across the team.
  • Learning and development: Engage in ongoing CPD and internal training through Ten Academy. Stay up to date with evidence-based practice and clinical developments. Maintain an accurate CPD portfolio. Contribute to a culture of shared learning within the team.

What you will bring

  • Essential qualifications and experience: Degree in Physiotherapy. HCPC registration. Strong experience in pelvic health or women’s health physiotherapy. Experience in managing a varied pelvic health caseload. Excellent clinical assessment and manual therapy skills. Confident in internal examinations and rehabilitation planning. • Desirable qualifications and background: Postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy. POGP membership. Experience in private practice. Exposure to men’s health. Established links with consultants or healthcare networks.
