Refer clients appropriately across Physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates, Clinical Exercise, and Massage. Deliver a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and support in every interaction. Support long-term client outcomes and retention.
  • Medical liaison and communication: Build and maintain relationships with consultants and healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with GPs, consultants, and specialists. Provide clear clinical reports and updates where required. Support coordinated care for clients with complex conditions.
