We are looking for a passionate Soft Tissue Therapist (Sports Massage) to join our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
- Massage therapy β treating clients (principally office workers who lead active or sedentary lifestyles)
- Working with clientsβ expectations β sports massage, therapeutic/relaxing massage, treating specific MSK issues or holistic full body treatment
- Giving home care advice (after-session care, stretches, exercises) and creating treatment plans for follow up sessions
- Liaising with other practitioners where appropriate ( physio, trainers)
- SOAP notes for sessions (reflecting requirements for health professionals)
- Proficiency in professional communication with clients/colleagues
- Genuine passion and interest in pursuing a career in massage therapy
- Open to being mentored/developed as a professional Massage Therapist
- Prenatal massage, scar therapy , assisted stretch, MET/PNF, myofascial release, cupping and dry needling qualifications are a bonus
