About the role

At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. Our Local Marketing and Social Media Manager plays a key part in bringing this to life. You will help connect our studios to the communities around them. You will create content that feels real, engaging, and true to who we are. You will build relationships, drive footfall, and make sure our brand shows up in the right way both online and in person.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Studio Managers and the wider team. You will balance creativity with delivery, making sure ideas turn into real impact across our studios. You enjoy being hands on, being in the studios, and understanding what our clients need. You care about the details, and you take pride in creating meaningful experiences that build trust and loyalty.

What you will be doing

  • Bringing our brand to life locally
  • Work closely with Studio Managers to plan and deliver local marketing activity
  • Build relationships with local partners, communities, and businesses
  • Create initiatives that drive footfall, engagement, and client loyalty
  • Support studios with events, activations, and community engagement
  • Managing social media and content
  • Plan and manage Ten’s social media calendar across all channels
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, and stories
  • Make sure all content feels on brand and speaks to our audience
  • Work with the wider team to bring different services to life through content
  • Track performance and use insights to improve results
  • Creating meaningful campaigns and events
  • Plan and deliver events that support key services and business goals
  • Work with partners and influencers to grow reach and awareness
  • Support paid social activity alongside the Head of Marketing
  • Help launch and manage ambassador and community programmes
  • Supporting studio teams and internal engagement
  • Make sure studio teams feel confident and supported with marketing activity
  • Share clear updates, resources, and guidance on campaigns and promotions
  • Encourage teams to get involved in content creation and storytelling
  • Support internal engagement initiatives and team wellbeing activities
  • Managing promotions and marketing activity
  • Support the planning and delivery of promotions across studios
  • Set up campaigns and ensure everything is aligned across platforms
  • Help manage landing pages and ensure clear client journeys
  • Review performance and suggest improvements
  • Keeping everything organised and on brand
  • Manage marketing materials, stock, and studio visuals
  • Make sure studios always look and feel aligned with the brand
  • Work with designers and suppliers to deliver assets on time
