About the role

At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. Our Client Advisors play a huge part in this. You are the friendly face of the studio, the first hello and often the last goodbye. You create a welcoming, calm, and premium experience for every client who walks through our doors.

In this role, you will report directly to the Studio Manager and work closely with the wider studio team to make sure each day runs smoothly and every client feels cared for. You love people, you remember names, and you enjoy helping clients find the services that truly support their goals. You take pride in delivering exceptional service every single day.

What you will be doing

  • Creating an exceptional client experience
  • Welcome clients warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
  • Deliver thoughtful studio tours and check in with clients after their sessions
  • Build genuine relationships by remembering names, favourite classes, and preferences
  • Handle client questions in person, by phone, and by email with care, clarity, and confidence
  • Supporting sales in a natural way
  • Talk confidently about all Ten services and help clients discover what suits them best
  • Support clients with memberships, class blocks, and special offers that fit their lifestyle
  • Process retail purchases and recommend bundles or add ons when appropriate
  • Managing bookings and appointments
  • Book and manage client appointments smoothly and accurately
  • Communicate clearly with the studio team to keep the day running seamlessly
  • Follow Ten cancellation policies while offering kind and helpful rebooking options
  • Collect payments and client details and ensure all required forms are completed correctly
  • Keeping the studio looking and feeling its best
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and premium studio environment at all times
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and retail displays
  • Complete the daily Ten walk to uphold brand standards
  • Flag any maintenance or safety issues to the facilities team
  • Support stock takes, health and safety procedures, and studio administration
