About the role

At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. Our Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in connecting our clients with our services through thoughtful, data-led digital marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising our digital marketing activity across CRM, website, Google and paid performance channels. From attracting new clients to strengthening engagement and retention, you will ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our brand, supports our commercial goals and delivers an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with Studio Managers, Heads of Department, agency partners and the wider marketing team to bring campaigns to life. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, using data and insight to continuously improve performance across Ten Health & Fitness and TenReformer.

What you will be doing

  • Driving digital marketing performance
  • Manage Ten's digital marketing activity across CRM, website, Google and paid channels
  • Support the delivery of the wider marketing strategy alongside the Head of Marketing
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and commercially focused
  • Analyse performance and use insight to improve future marketing activity
  • Owning CRM and client journeys
  • Manage and develop Ten's CRM strategy across email, SMS, app and lifecycle communications
  • Build and optimise automated client journeys using Klaviyo
  • Create segmentation strategies that improve engagement and retention
  • Manage newsletters across Ten and TenReformer
  • Use A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance
  • Maintain CRM data quality and compliance
  • Optimising our website and digital experience
  • Improve website content, user journeys and conversion performance
  • Manage landing pages and campaign content
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver website improvements
  • Ensure website content supports campaigns, SEO and client needs
  • Keep service pages accurate, engaging and commercially effective
  • Managing Google, SEO and paid performance
  • Support Google Ads and paid search activity alongside agency partners
  • Optimise Google Business Profiles and local search visibility
  • Coordinate SEO content and website optimisation
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment
  • Attend agency meetings and drive actions forward
  • Delivering campaigns that make an impact
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Coordinate activity across CRM, website, social media, paid advertising and studios
  • Work closely with Studio Managers and Heads of Department to support business priorities
  • Brief internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
  • Review campaign performance and apply learnings to future activity
  • Understanding our clients
  • Monitor client feedback through Listen360 and other platforms
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Support Studio Managers with feedback and service improvements
  • Produce clear reports and recommendations based on client insight and campaign performance
  • Creating engaging content
  • Write compelling email campaigns and CRM communications
  • Work closely with designers to create digital assets
  • Ensure all content reflects Ten's tone of voice and brand standards
  • Support content creation across digital marketing channels
  • Growing our app and TenReformer
  • Manage app communications and push notification strategy
  • Develop automation that increases bookings and repeat visits
  • Lead CRM and digital communications for TenReformer
  • Support new studio launches through scalable digital marketing
  • Develop best practice guidance for franchise partners where required

What you will bring

  • At least 4–5 years' experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Experience managing email marketing, lifecycle campaigns and segmentation
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and website optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working collaboratively across different teams
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing
  • Experience with Listen360 or app-based communications would be an advantage
