About the role: This is a full time onsite role, 5 days per week, based within the studio. The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance, standards and experience of the studio. This is a leadership role for someone who is commercially aware, people focused and operationally strong. You will drive revenue, manage the team, protect standards and ensure every client experience reflects The Ten Way. You will act as the key link between studio operations and senior leadership, ensuring consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities:
- Studio Performance and Revenue
- Drive studio revenue and deliver against income targets
- Build local relationships and corporate opportunities
- Monitor class occupancy, retention and revenue performance
- Support growth through promotions, outreach and client engagement
- Review studio performance data and take proactive action
- Lead, manage and develop the studio team
- Recruit, onboard and support Trainers and Front of House
- Manage rotas, performance and absence
- Conduct probation reviews, performance reviews and regular one to ones
- Confidently handle difficult conversations relating to performance, change and conduct
- Provide clear, constructive and helpful feedback
- Set expectations and hold the team accountable to standards
- Lead by example
