About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team across our Notting Hill Gate and Chiswick studios. This is a full time role of 40 hours per week, offering consistency, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build a strong and loyal client base across two well established locations. You will deliver high quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatments, working closely with our Reformer Pilates Instructors, Clinical Exercise Practitioners, and Massage Therapists as part of our Circle of Care. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys working across different studio environments and wants to combine strong clinical practice with collaboration, professional development, and long term career growth in a premium setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Clinical assessment and treatment
- Conduct detailed musculoskeletal assessments
- Develop clear, individualised treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and evidence based practice
- Deliver hands on treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each client
- Provide clear education around injury management, recovery, prevention, and long term wellness
- Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Client care and Circle of Care
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across both studios
- Contribute actively to the Circle of Care by referring clients to Reformer Pilates, Clinical Exercise, or Massage when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with other practitioners to ensure integrated and consistent care
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and support in every interaction
- Support long term client retention through excellent outcomes and communication
- Documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with HCPC standards
- Ensure documentation is completed promptly and consistently
- Follow all clinical governance, data protection, and health and safety policies
- Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards across the team
- Medical liaison and communication
- Communicate effectively with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals when required
- Provide professional reports and updates where appropriate
- Support coordinated care for clients with complex or ongoing conditions
- Studio standards and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at both Notting Hill Gate and Chiswick
- Follow all studio processes and brand guidelines
- Participate in studio meetings and team communication
- Support front of house and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Learning and development
- Engage in CPD and internal training through Ten Academy
- Stay current with evidence based practice and clinical developments
- Be open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Contribute to a culture of shared learning within the multidisciplinary team
What you will bring
- Essential qualifications and experience
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
