If you have worked in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent career progression and an opportunity to work for a growing award‑winning company.

  • You MUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Finnish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1‑C2).
  • 2+ years experience in leisure‑oriented sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge or call centre.
  • Experience with a GDS system desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times.
  • Strong administration skills and be able to prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
  • Are service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Natural sales flair with experience in selling lifestyle and travel services.
  • Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.

  • Computer literate: to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional software or CRM tools experience of advantage.
  • Flexibility: Requires full‑time commitment (40 hrs/week) with rotating shifts and the ability to work on weekends.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

  • Located in United Kingdom or South Africa.
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement – at least 2x a week in the office.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
  • You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
  • We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
