Requirements- If you have worked in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent career progression and an opportunity to work for a growing award-winning company.
- You must have excellent language skills in professional English, Flemish or Dutch, both written and spoken (CERF Framework C1-C2).
- At least 2 years' experience in sectors such as hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge, or call centers.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, and the ability to work in a calm, professional manner at all times.
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
- You are service-oriented, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
- You bring a positive attitude and align with Ten Group's values.
- You value exceptional service and strive to deliver it consistently.
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexible availability: full-time 40 hours/week on a shift basis, working between 07:00-19:00 GMT, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
