Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, professional German‑speaking Lifestyle Concierge to join our dynamic team in Luxury Lifestyle Management.

You will be the go‑to person for our members, offering personalized assistance and creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Personal care of members and handling a wide range of requests related to travel, restaurants, events, leisure and special wishes.
  • Utilize local knowledge and a keen sense for quality to provide individual recommendations and tailor‑made experiences.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy, long‑term relationships through attentive, reliable and discreet service.
  • Conduct thorough research to find the best possible options for each wish.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless, high‑quality service experience and showcase the full portfolio of Ten Group.
  • Document all enquiries and interactions to ensure continuous, personalized support.
  • Share ideas, recommendations and service best‑practices with the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at the highest level and handle feedback constructively to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, concierge service or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High‑quality research skills, creativity and a solutions‑oriented approach to individual requests.
  • Strong service orientation and a fine‑tuned sense for premium lifestyles and exclusive experiences.
  • Ability to quickly build a personal relationship with members and create remarkable customer experiences through dedicated service.

  • Work Schedule

The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday.

Shifts are scheduled either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with five consecutive working days, within operating hours of 08:00 to 20:00 GMT.

This is a full‑time position requiring 40 working hours per week.
