- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, as a tour operator or travel agency
- GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)
- Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
- Strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
- Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities
- Advising premium cardholder clients by phone and email in both French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Serving High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) clients with leisure travel requests
- Providing exceptional service as a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide
