This includes defining project scope, working across cross functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering measurable outcomes that support organisational growth and operational efficiency.
You will likely contribute to projects that leverage generative AI to integrate, automate, and enhance business processes. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategy, change or transformation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Analytics, reporting and instrumenting the business: development of analysis, dashboards and KPIs to help manage the business effectively, identifying key metrics and building confidence in data-driven decisions by managers and Ten leaders.
- Operational analysis: understanding workforce operational processes, and identifying opportunities to optimise profitability across geographies, channels, or propositions to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ambitious and motivated to design and lead change.
- High potential to grow into future leadership roles within the business.
- Highly numerate, inquisitive, and analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and business areas, driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how things work.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and derive strategic insights from detailed numerical analysis.
- Self-driven and resilient, comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments with multiple competing priorities.
