Join us as our next Service Delivery Team Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Services. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional lifestyle services for our high-net-worth European clientele. This role is ideal for a passionate service expert with a strong background in luxury hospitality, travel, and concierge services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to European HNW members.
  • Ensure service excellence, proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across global teams, aligning service delivery with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Resolve high-level escalations, ensuring swift, tailored solutions for our discerning clientele.

Guidelines For Hybrid/Home Office Option

Located in the United Kingdom. Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions. You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely/in our hybrid model.
