Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Retail Partnership Manager to join our team in London on a 6 months contract. This is a unique, hands-on role covering our Retail and Lifestyle partnerships. The role requires versatility: curating and contracting retail propositions, and delivering engaging lifestyle activations. You will contribute to building a strong and diverse portfolio of benefits that drive engagement and satisfaction among members while meeting client expectations. You will always be thinking ahead, being innovative and creative with identifying new ideas and suppliers, ensuring that you are playing an active part in developing our Global Proposition Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and contract partnerships across Retail and Lifestyle more broadly.
- Secure pipelines of lifestyle partners, ensuring exclusive and high-value offers.
- Design and deliver member events and experiences as part of the broader lifestyle proposition.
- Manage supplier and partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to performance tracking.
- Ensure all partnerships (offers, events, retail activations) meet closed-user-group standards and deliver measurable value.
- Monitor partner performance, redemption data, and member demand to recommend improvements and identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Propositions, Marketing, Client Services) to ensure smooth implementation and promotion of offers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
- Maintain accurate internal records (CRM, spreadsheets, contracts), managing administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to keep our portfolio best in market.
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
- Strong track record negotiating and managing offers and events in the retail industry.
- Hands-on event and activation delivery experience.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a proactive approach to growth.
- Strong communicator who keeps teams and stakeholders aligned.
- Resilient under pressure, with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative and positive team player.
- Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and delivery.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with premium or luxury brands.
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:
- Located in London.
- Please note that you will be asked to enter a hybrid working arrangement, at least 2x a week in the office.
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
- You must meet our minimum internet speed requirements.
