About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Commercial Partnerships team, supporting the global scaling of Ten’s dining benefits. This internship provides hands-on experience in partnership development, market research, and operational support within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn Ten’s dining benefits strategy, CRM systems, and partnership processes.
- Identify and engage potential dining partners across priority regions.
- Support partnership negotiations, agreements, and onboarding compliance.
- Maintain accurate partner records and coordinate administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing performance dashboards and reports to scale dining benefits.
- Deliver a final project summarising insights, achievements, and recommendations.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Interest in hospitality, dining, and commercial partnerships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Working Hours & Office Work
Join us Monday through Friday with flexible shifts available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We're looking for candidates to be based in London who are ready to commute to our office full-time. In this role, you’ll work closely with your colleagues and senior team members, providing you with fantastic hands-on learning experiences and great opportunities to collaborate within the Commercial Partnerships team.
