Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Lifestyle Manager fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for Luxury Lifestyle Management. Ideal candidates will have a background in luxury hospitality or Lifestyle Concierge, with extensive product knowledge of high-end travel and leisure destinations, excellent sales and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional concierge experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests efficiently, proposing excellent options and engaging fully with members to maximize bookings.
• Understand members\’ lifestyle needs and interests thoroughly.
• Create detailed briefs from members to tailor services.
• Research and recommend the best options to meet and exceed member expectations.
• Provide proactive, tailored lifestyle suggestions.
• Act as an advisor and advocate, facilitating effective communication, including translation when necessary.
• Collaborate with the member satisfaction team to resolve complaints.

Requirements

• Fluent in professional English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (HSK Level 5 or 6).
• At least 1 year of experience in leisure, hospitality, concierge, or customer service sectors.
• Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with travel bookings and reservations is a plus.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts between 07:00-22:00, including weekends and public holidays.
