We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive technical delivery and provide leadership within a high‑calibre engineering team. This role is a balanced mix of hands‑on engineering (50%) and leadership responsibilities (50%). The Lead Engineer will be responsible for line management, technical excellence, and proactive communication across stakeholders, clients, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Line manage engineers, fostering growth and development.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven leadership of software engineering teams.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C#, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience building and optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform.
- Practical experience with DevOps and infrastructure tooling: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
- Experience building and monitoring distributed systems (front‑end and back‑end).
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
AI & Advanced Technologies:
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to empower teams and accelerate the software development lifecycle.
- Experience building intelligent systems and workflows: Autonomous systems, Multi‑agent architectures.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools and frameworks: LangGraph, Crew AI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
Good to have:
- Experience with AngularJS.
- Proven track record leading full stack engineering teams across sectors.
- Experience building platforms in the Luxury Hospitality industry.
