As Director of Channel & Alliances Europe, you'll be responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing Strivacity’s partner ecosystem in Europe. In this Individual Contributor (IC) role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate revenue through strategic alliances and indirect go-to-market motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall channel and alliance strategy for Europe to support company growth goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new IPP partners including systems integrators, consultancies, cloud marketplaces, and technology vendors.
  • Expand and enhance existing sales and presales training and enablement certification process by partner type.
  • Partner with technical partner enablement team to deliver end-to-end partner enablement.
  • Manage relationships with partners to drive co-sell and co-marketing opportunities with an emphasis on creating qualified new logo pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and execute partner-sourced pipeline strategies and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Negotiate and execute partner agreements, MDF (market development funds), and joint business plans.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner program scalability.
  • Track and report partner performance metrics, contribution to pipeline, and ROI of partner programs.
  • Represent Strivacity at industry and partner events to build brand awareness and recruit strategic alliances.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • 4+ years in channel, alliances, or partner management roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong existing relationships with relevant ecosystem players (e.g., VAR, regional SIs, GSI, boutique IAM consulting firms, and distributors).
  • Experience with identity and access management, customer identity, or cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’re just as comfortable presenting to a partner’s executive team as you are aligning internally with a sales rep.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong program management skills – you can manage multiple partner programs and deliverables concurrently.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
  • Comfortable with data and metrics to drive decisions and optimize partner performance.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with CIAM or IAM industry players and technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with two-tier channel strategies involving distributors.
  • Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment for a US-based company.
  • Exposure to go-to-market motions involving cloud marketplaces like AWS Marketplace.
