Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, in line with the EYFS framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Follow all safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
