Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.

Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.

Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Required skills / Minimum Qualifications Around 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.
