Tempus Training is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider. We deliver over 600 online courses every month across the UK through Government funded contracts and support thousands of individuals each year to gain skills and qualifications to develop their careers and improve their lives. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to undertake course enrolments and funding claims and to support the company in meeting its contractual obligations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring funding claim paperwork is present and compliant
- Managing the submission of funding claims
- Joining learners to online classrooms
- Registering learners for certification and sending certificates
- Accurately inputting data on our CRM system
- Dealing with enquiries from stakeholders and staff
- Providing administrative support to the course bookings and course delivery teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and client trends
- Contribute to social media engagement

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient administrator with excellent attention to detail. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Funding Claims Administrator Skills & Experience:
- 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Confident and proven administration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to motivate and encourage others
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- A strong sense of initiative and a pro-active approach to problem solving
