Our client is an Independently owned practice and they are looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at their practice based in Coventry.
The Role:
Our clients practice is seeking a full time Vet surgeon to join their practice on a permanent basis. All of their vets receive support tailored to their needs, along with a fantastic package of benefits. Mentoring is moulded to the individual's needs, with practical in-house scanning sessions, theatre scrub-ins, monthly clinical club discussion groups, or just regular one-to-one chats.
Their team of 15 vets includes several Certificate holders (along with a wealth of experience) covering imaging, surgery, medicine, dermatology, feline practice (being Gold Cat Friendly) and ECC. They recently extended their practice, providing dedicated areas for their 2 scanners and digital x-ray, plus a designated dental room with dental x-ray, and separate cat, dog and isolation wards. There's even a staff pet kennel area!
There is no night work as they have been using a local OOH provider for 20 years. Late evening shifts are shared fairly across the team and the Saturday rota is 1 in 4.
The Package:
Salary up to £75,000
- Part-time and flexible working arrangements welcomed
