Working Hours / Rota
The successful candidate will be required to work on a 1:4 weekend rota alongside the wider team. Further flexibility in the rota can be discussed to help support a healthy work-life balance.
Role Description
The role will involve providing preventive care, treating a varied caseload of sick and injured pets, and promoting pet wellbeing to the highest standards. You will be responsible for delivering clinical excellence across both consultations and surgeries. This position is particularly well suited to someone with an interest in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics, although this is not essential. The practice values team integration, so strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues are essential.
Team Size
You will join a supportive team made up of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Student Nurses, and a team of Customer Experience Coordinators, all led by a Customer Experience Manager. Several members of the clinical team are certificate holders or currently undertaking advanced qualifications, ensuring an excellent environment for learning, support, and development.
