Our client is a corporately owned Hospital looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
This corporately owned group is looking for a new Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead their team. The rota for this position is 4 days per week, with a share of the Weekend rota. There are also No OOHs requirements. As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll spearhead a committed team within a cutting-edge clinic, fostering a culture of excellence in animal care. The ideal candidate should be competent in practice with a minimum of 2 years' experience and should be a motivated individual who possesses leadership qualities, excellent communication, and a passion for patient and client care. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part within the team.
They can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
The Package:
- Salary up to £7,000
- 5 weeks’ annual leave
- 4 weeks’ paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)
