Purpose of the role

Tempur as a high-growth, market-leading company is undertaking a major transformation project focused on system optimisation and process improvement. A newly created opportunity has arisen for a Process and Project Manager to lead a business-critical transition focusing on analyzing, optimizing and developing local business processes. You will join a business undergoing meaningful change, where your contributions will directly influence future ways of working. The role will report to UK Managing Director, liaise with department managers and international support teams. This role will be pivotal in delivering improvements across internal workflows and system use, particularly focusing on the enhancement of Dynamics 365/Operation/CRM to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Optimize/Develop local business processes (Focus Operations/Supply Chain Management). Ensure local processes are aligned with international processes and comply with local and international regulations.
  • Work with local operation team to identify areas of improvement by conducting analysis of existing processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies and processes that can be streamlined or eliminated. Implement optimization strategies to enhance workflow and user adoption.
  • Track local and international projects timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and successful implementation.
  • Coordinate initiatives with local and international teams, serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Handle strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with international ERP technical teams to ensure Dynamic 365 and CRM configuration meets business needs.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to internal users.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and data integrity within the ERP and CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management and project management, with at least 2 years in an international context.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of process and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean Management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft project management software (e.g., MS Project, Teams, Planner).
  • Strong change management skills / experience (Training, Coaching, Engaging people).
  • Attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel as required.
