Broad Function and Objective
Reporting to the Manager, Global HR Programs, the L&D Programme Manager International is responsible for providing design, support, maintenance and enhancements for L&D Programmes, Systems and Tools in support of the organisation’s goals and practices. This role is located at Tempur Sealy International’s London Office, in Uxbridge, Middlesex.
This position works collaboratively with other members of the Global HR Team, including HRIS Programme Manager, members of the Total Rewards Team in the US, HR Business Partners covering the International subsidiaries in EMEA and APAC and other key stakeholders in the business.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Working with key stakeholders, including the HR Business Partner team, design (where required) and implement both global and local L&D programmes that support our business goals.
- Source appropriate external L&D partners to work on programmes within agreed budgets.
- Support gathering, maintenance and analysis of key HR L&D metrics to provide relevant data to key stakeholders.
- Main point of contact for any new L&D requests from all stakeholders in our International Division. Keep track of all requests and ensure they are addressed correctly.
- Maintain regular communication with all key stakeholders and users to ensure alignment on any required changes and delivery of L&D programmes or tools.
- Work with the HRIS Programme Manager / US Total Rewards Team with any technical issues.
- Operate with a proactive and change management-centric approach to solving business needs while enhancing the understanding and acceptance of L&D programmes / tools.
- Practice confidentiality in the distribution, communication and handling of employee data as it relates to global regulation and compliance.
- If required, deliver internal L&D programmes within EMEA / APAC subsidiaries.
- Maintain Workday Learning up-to-date, promote to employees and support users in EMEA / APAC.
- Manage relationship with assigned external partners and their resources.
- Other relevant duties or projects might be assigned from time to time.

Technical Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in designing / delivering L&D programmes across multiple regions.
- Project Management / Programme Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in working with a LMS (Learning Management System), ideally Workday Learning.
- Education to degree level or higher.
- Fluent in English. (Any other International language will be a plus).
- Knowledge of Power BI.

- L&D Qualification (CIPD or equivalent) (essential).

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Office based in Uxbridge, London, with great access to public transport or provided parking. Applicants must hold a right to work in the UK, and be UK-based. Hybrid working at least 3 days per week in the office and flexibility to attend the office as and when required during working hours. International travel may be required for specific projects.
