Job Summary:
Key member of the TSIL International Marketing team with focus on enhancing Performance Marketing outcomes, with a roadmap capturing short term and long term goals for all brands within the company’s portfolio, with focus on TEMPUR. Responsible for guiding best practice across SEM/SEA platforms, creating a framework for campaign management, and supporting eCommerce & Marketing Managers for Tempur Sealy’s International business. Working closely with local markets & regional leads to ensure that frameworks maximise business performance, and are well adopted by each market. This involves consultation and collaboration through the development process, as well as working through execution to ensure optimum commercial results. Also working closely with the CX Department, the Legal Department and with our Media activation partner agencies. This role is highly visible and fast-paced, and requires ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, whilst managing expectations and delivering to agreed outcomes.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Ongoing analysis and reporting of conversion and other performance metrics on all Tempur subsidiary websites as well as key JV market websites.
- Investigate consumer and market insights, using internal trackers and external sources to influence new strategies or tactics, including new digital platforms and bid strategies.
- Understand local business maturity and local consumption behaviours, optimizing bid strategies by product range to optimize ROAS outcomes.
- Define KPIs for local subsidiaries and agency partners, ensuring agency partners are continually guided on feedback.
- Review of all performance channels (including SEM/SEA and social) ensuring they are meeting defined goals.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new platforms and technology.
- Reviewing competitor website’s content and bid strategies, making recommendations on implementation tactics.
- Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practice to assist in driving commercial outcomes.
- Auditing Tempur websites for underperforming pages, making suggestions to improve performance.
- Co-ownership of Performance Marketing budgets, working with local markets to advise on best channel mix.
- Supporting markets with local agency meetings, including annual briefings, QBRs and ongoing campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of self service platforms like DV360, to support markets in planning, implementation and analysis of campaigns.

- Technical Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years marketing and/or communications experience in consumer goods company or media agency.
- Media landscape and adtech/performance knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English language fluency (spoken and written) and strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to deliver under tight timelines and be flexible with changing priorities.
- Agency management experience.
- Budgeting and reporting experience.
- Strong numeracy and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications:
Media landscape, adtech and performance knowledge, project management skills, detail-oriented and organized. Ideally with up to date industry certification in key platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Salesforce.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Hybrid working with 2 days a week in our Uxbridge Office. Regular travel to EMEA markets expected, with possible occasional travel to APAC and the USA.
