Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in the South of England, are looking for a Young People Practitioner to support children with trust/service difficulties.

Position: Young People Practitioner
Rate: Β£21.14 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration:
3-6 Months

Purpose:
Working with vulnerable young people, delivering high quality assessment for best outcomes and supporting lesser experienced staff members.

Job Responsibilities:
– Direct working with children and families, managing own caseloads.
– Achieve strong outcomes for young people through care proceeding and assessments.
– Enhance the safety of young people through group work and community settings.
– Multi agency working, developing good relationships for individuals and their families.

Job Requirements:
– Must have direct experience with children and young people, dealing with complex cases in Safeguarding.
– Enhanced DBS – Registered to the update service (preferably)
– Registered with Social Work England
– Recognised Social Work Qualification
