Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor to join their team in Berkshire.

Position: Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Berkshire
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Work on a varied caseload that will cover a full range of non-contentious matters, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
• Cover areas such as preparing and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Handle estate administration work for a wide range of private clients.
• Partake in some business development activity.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2-4 years’ PQE (candidates outside of this range will be considered).
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Able to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to grow your career.
