Are you eager to land a brand new PERMANENT role? Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Childrens Social Worker to work within the Safeguarding and Support Team.

Position: Childrens Social Worker

Rate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum

Contract Duration: PERMANENT

Purpose: Work collaboratively with families to help with overcoming challenges, whilst keeping the safety and voice of the child at the center of your work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct working with Children, Young People, and Families to create meaningful and lasting changes.
  • Build relationship through early help and family support.
  • Decision making around child safety and best interests for positive outcomes.
  • Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partner.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience within Childrens Services.
  • Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
