JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manage a full caseload of Residential and Commercial Property work without supervision.
- Delegate fee earning work undertaken by colleagues.
- Attract new business by networking and building/maintaining professional relationships.
- Train junior members of staff and support their development.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years of Residential or Commercial Property experience.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Be able to manage a full caseload and progress cases without supervision.
- Able to manage client expectations.
