Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Southeast England , are looking for an Adult Social Worker to work within a Learning Disability and Autism team.
Position: Adults Social Worker
Rate: £38 p/h (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 monthswith Possible Extension
Essentials:
- Confident Adult Social Worker with at least 2 years experience
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE
- Social Work Qualification
Purpose:

• Provide quality social work service to vulnerable adults in line with Care Act Requirements, at a professional level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use your own professional judgement to promote independence upon intervention and assessments.
• Develop support plans meeting the needs of service users and their support plans.
• Enable vulnerable adults to regain skills and confidence to promote own health and wellbeing.
• CHC Assessments in line with Social care Legislation and procedures.
