Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Suffolk.

Position: Residential Property Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: Suffolk
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

  • Support the head of department with all legal aspects of buying, selling and remortgaging a home, ensuring a smooth transfer of property ownership for clients.
  • Act for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Review, draft and amend contracts, reports and client letters.
  • Managing exchange, completion and post-completion.
  • Handle residential licences and advise on new-build transactions.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified Solicitor in the UK and registered with the SRA.
  • Strong technical knowledge on Residential Property matters.
  • Able to manage files independently.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
