Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Northamptonshire, are looking for an experienced Subsidy Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation.
Position: Subsidy Officer
Rate: £28.11 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties:
- To assist in the completion of the Housing Benefit subsidy returns and claims including working with auditors.
- To ensure that the subsidy position improves and income to the Council is maximised.
- To support the Training and Resilience team by identifying development needs of officers through Subsidy checking.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Subsidy Officer or similar role.
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
