Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Stourbridge.

Position: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Stourbridge

Work Type: Permanent

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Conducting and managing residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
  • Manage a full caseload of varying value and complexity across residential property.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 2 year PQE.
  • You will have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track‑record of the Conveyancing processes.
  • Be detail‑driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organized team‑player.
