Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation
Position: Housing Officer
Rate: £23.79 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Job Duties:
- To manage tenancies and site within a patch in accordance with policies and procedures and provide innovative solutions to issues within the patch.
- To identify and monitor support needs for tenants and facilitate access to support as appropriate.
- Resolve complex issues including complaints and enquiries from elected members/MP’s relating to tenancy and site matters
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or similar role
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Driving Lincence is required, however own car is not essential as a pool car can be used.
