Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Housing Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation
Position: Housing Administrator
Rate: £22.10 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Job Duties:
- Providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Responding to enquiries from residents and members of the public.
- Issuing and tracking contractor keys.
- Recording inspection outcomes and monitoring outstanding actions.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Housing Administrator or similar role
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
