Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Southwest Area, are looking for a Head of Service to join the Service Improvement Team, focusing on Families First Reforms
Position: Head of Service
Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Purpose:
Contribute to the service improvement and outcomes for services user through conferences, audits, and inspections; ensuring statutory requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead staff to deliver excellence and positive outcomes
- Conduct regular inspections of services, using audits, feedback, data and interview techniques.
- Develop effective partnerships to explore better opportunities for the service
- Performance management and reviews of case loads and systems to ensure they are fit for use.
Job Requirements:
- Must has 3 years direct experience with an English LA, plus relevant Head of Service experience.
- Enhanced DBS - Registered to the update service (preferably)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Recognised Social Work Qualification
