JOB SUMMARY

Service Manager to lead a registered supported accommodation service for young people. You will hold legal responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic support while driving performance, compliance, and positive outcomes. This is a leadership role where you will inspire teams, shape service delivery, and champion a culture built on strong values and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Provide strong leadership, supervision, and development for staff teams
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Manage staff using formal HR procedures

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
