Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager looking for your next interim opportunity? Our client, a Local Authority just outside of London, is looking for a Senior Commissioning Manager to support their Adult Social Care service.
Position: Interim Senior Commissioning Manager – Adult Social Care
Rate: £440 per day
Contract Duration: 3-6 Months
Purpose:
- You’ll support Adult Social Care commissioning activity, working at a senior level to help develop and deliver effective services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support commissioning activity across Adult Social Care.
- Work with key stakeholders to support effective service development and delivery.
- Contribute to commissioning plans, service improvement and strategic priorities.
- Provide senior-level advice and support across the commissioning function.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Local Authority commissioning experience is essential. Please do not apply if you have not worked within a Local Authority setting.
- Significant experience within Adult Social Care commissioning.
- Strong understanding of commissioning and service development.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
